The Trust's group life insurance and disability plans are administered by Lincoln Financial Group®. They are one of the country's leading providers of group and employee benefits.

The programs offered through the Trust are designed to protect your employee's financial future. Employers are able to select from a variety of plan features and benefit amounts.

Life and AD&D

Coverage can be provided as a flat amount or a multiple of salary.

All group life plans offer coverage that is "guaranteed" without having to show proof of good health or a medical exam if the employee enrolls during the enrollment period.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) offers 24-hour accident coverage. AD&D pays a death benefit for death by accident, or pays benefits for accidental disabling injuries covered by the policy.  

Dependent Life

Dependent Life offers coverage for your employee's spouse and/or dependents. Your financial institution can choose from a number of coverage amounts that are available for the spouse and dependents.

Long-Term and Short-Term Disability

Long-term and short-term disability benefits pay a portion of the employee's wages when employees can't work because of a disabling illness or accidental injuries.

Benefits can be offered after a variety of waiting periods and percentages of salary.
